Refund & Returns Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Please note that all products on “Stock clear sale” campaign are considered final sale and will be not eligible for return or exchange.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the buyer may not use the ordered goods in any other
way than is necessary in order to examine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the
same way the buyer would be allowed to test the goods in a physical shop.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused and in original condition
- All labels, tags, protective elements, and packaging must be intact and appear unused
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be made when we have received and checked the condition of the goods. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product.
If the products have been used in any other way than is necessary for the nature, characteristics or
functionality of the goods or they have wear marks, Kikkas Equestrian has the right to reduce the
refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in value of the goods.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In order to return the goods, the buyer should submit a withdrawal application which can be
accessed here: withdrawal application.
The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is the fact
that the item being returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. an incorrect or defective
item).
The buyer should return the goods within 14 days of submitting their application to do so or provide
proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.
We may refuse to process the refund until it receives the item that is the object of the
contract or until the buyer submits proof that the item has been sent back, whichever happens first.
We have the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and request that the goods be
returned by the buyer if the marked price of the goods in our shop is significantly lower than
the market price of the goods due to an error.

DAMAGED OR USED RETURNS
If returned items show signs of use, damage, missing tags, dirt, hair, or altered condition, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation fee or refuse the return.
In severe cases, up to 100% of the product value may be deducted.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
COMPLAINTS & WARRANTY
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide a description and photos of the issue.
Kikkas Equestrian is liable for defects and lack of conformity in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Manufacturing defects and other non-conformities covered by law may be remedied in accordance with your statutory rights. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper care are not covered.
