When will my order arrive?
Your order is typically shipped the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on your country and chosen shipping method. Delivery within the EU typically takes 4–7 business days. So in most cases you can expect your order within 5–8 business days from placing it.
During new product launches and sale campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer due to increased demand.
How much does shipping to my country cost?
Shipping costs depend on your location and chosen delivery method. The exact cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If, for some reason you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
If your country is not listed at checkout, it is not yet available as a destination. We are continuously expanding our shipping destinations — check back for updates.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For EU orders, VAT is included in the price — no additional charges. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my package is not collected?
Uncollected packages that are returned to us may incur a handling fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I place an order?
Browse our products and add your desired items to the cart. At checkout, fill in your delivery details, select a shipping method, and complete your payment. Once payment is confirmed, your order is placed and you will receive a confirmation email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
I haven’t received an order confirmation — what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, it is possible that the email address entered at checkout contained a typo. Contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it for you.
