Kikkas Group cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kikkas operates in accordance with applicable EU and Estonian consumer protection laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PRICING<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>All prices are displayed in the currency selected for your region and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>adjust prices at any time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>correct obvious pricing or typographical errors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>update product availability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Product image colors may vary depending on screen settings. To finalise the order, the<br>required data fields should be filled in and a suitable means of delivery chosen. The total price is<br>then displayed on the screen, which can be paid via a bank link or using another payment solution.<br>The contract enters into force after the amount subject to payment has been credited to the bank<br>account of the online shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to lack of stock or another reason, the buyer<br>will be notified as soon as possible and the cost paid (including delivery fees) will be refunded<br>usually within 1-2 working days. This will be noticed as soon as possible, and you will then be contacted with information on how we can or will proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We offer different domestic shipping options with access to different european carriers. To the extent, it is possible we try to use environmentally friendly and recycled materials for our packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we have notified the buyer of delivery issues and a term exceeding 30 calendar days<br>on our website or in the order confirmation, the term specified by us applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CUSTOMS, VAT &amp; DUTIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EU orders:<\/strong> VAT is included in the final price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Non-EU orders:<\/strong> Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kikkas Equestrian is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by local authorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have questions about shipping to your country, please contact customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UNCLAIMED PACKAGES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Packages that are not collected and returned to us may incur a handling fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RETURNS &amp; RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the date you receive your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that all products on &#8220;Stock clear sale&#8221; campaign are considered final sale and will be not eligible for return or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60);margin-bottom:var(--wp--preset--spacing--60)\">The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the buyer may not use the ordered goods in any other<br>way than is necessary in order to examine the nature, properties and functioning of the goods in the<br>same way the buyer would be allowed to test the goods in a physical shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products must be unused and in original condition<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All labels, tags, protective elements, and packaging must be intact and appear unused<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds will be made when we have received and checked the condition of the goods. The refund applies to the cost of the returned product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the products have been used in any other way than is necessary for the nature, characteristics or<br>functionality of the goods or they have wear marks, Kikkas Equestrian has the right to reduce the<br>refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in value of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping fees are non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to return the goods, the buyer should submit a withdrawal application which can be<br>accessed here: <a href=\"https:\/\/kikkasequestrian.com\/et\/refund_returns\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"39\">withdrawal application<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for return is the fact<br>that the item being returned does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. an incorrect or defective<br>item).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The buyer should return the goods within 14 days of submitting their application to do so or provide<br>proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within that period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may refuse to process the refund until it receives the item that is the object of the<br>contract or until the buyer submits proof that the item has been sent back, whichever happens first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and request that the goods be<br>returned by the buyer if the marked price of the goods in our shop is significantly lower than<br>the market price of the goods due to an error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DAMAGED OR USED RETURNS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If returned items show signs of use, damage, missing tags, dirt, hair, or altered condition, we reserve the right to apply a depreciation fee or refuse the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In severe cases, up to <strong>100% of the product value<\/strong> may be deducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">REFUNDS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take <strong>5\u201310 business days<\/strong>, depending on the payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COMPLAINTS &amp; WARRANTY<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you receive a defective product, please <a href=\"https:\/\/kikkasequestrian.com\/et\/contact\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"41\">contact us<\/a> as soon as possible and provide a description and photos of the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kikkas Equestrian  is liable for defects and lack of conformity in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Manufacturing defects and other non-conformities covered by law may be remedied in accordance with your statutory rights. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or improper care are not covered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each case is assessed individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAYS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Participation in giveaways hosted by Kikkas Equestrian on social media is subject to specific terms announced for each giveaway. However, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit until the products are tried on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Text messages and email advertisement may be sent to you if you have placed an order with us, registered your e-mail address for newsletters or registered your e-mail address for a back in stock-notification on an item.
